Being knowable the subject of the contract of the shopping on the internet

Our study on the Evaluation of Risals Written About Smoking in terms of Islamic Law was formed in three parts. In the first chapter, the concept of goods the concept of contract and the elements of contract were introduced. In order to be valid, the conditions that should be carried to be a valid contract have been studied. In the second chapter, brief information about internet and electronic environment was given. Communication tools used for electronic commerce are introduced. We have streesed the points on the charactristics of contracts concluded over the internet and the requirements to be transported in addition the classical contract. Finallay, in the third chapter this study emphasizes the subject of the e-shopping contract. The topic, type, content and the qualifications of the contract were determined. Quality of knowing and informing about the contract ant methods of understanding the subject of the contract have been stresset here in the study.
