Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, food packaging has a key role in increasing the shelf life of the product, in its portability, in attracting the attention of the consumer and informing the product about the content of the product and has a significant effect on product sales in general. In countries such as Iran and Turkey, due to the heavy consumption of tea products and the connection of tea with people's ancient culture in these lands, in this study, it examined the comparative study of Ahmad tea and Caykur tea packaging in Turkey, Iran and Gestalt theory and function in visual arts, theoretical basis for the research has been accepted as. In fact, the aim of this study was to establish a relationship between the tea consumers with accurate and efficient product packaging to provide a plan based on Gestalt in the packaging of tea products in Iran and Turkey. Therefore, two similar surveys in order to assess their views on the packaging of tea products, tea consumers in Turkey and Iran (Persian and Turkish) are designed and distributed. The results were also analyzed through the SPSS software. The results of the studies conducted in this research show that Gestalt's principles in the packaging design of Çaykur tea and Ahmad tea products are handled and applied from different angles by designers. Looking at the fundamentals of Gestalt, it is seen that the packaging of Ahmad tea products has a clearer and more integrated visual identity than the packaging of Çaykur tea products, and in contrast, the packaging of Çaykur tea products has a more diverse color scheme. In addition, when the packaging designs between the two products are examined, the reference to the traditional and nostalgic effects of tea is more evident in the packaging of Ahmed tea products.
