Expectations of business and commerce communities from occupational training centers and level of meeting these expectations by occupational training centers

The main target of this research is; to evaluate the stuation of the education in occupational retraining centers, to specify the expectations of the students who attend these centers and employers who employs them and to bring ideas that can contribute to the solutions of the problems that they have.The field for this research is the students and their employers of the occupational retraining centers, stuated in The Anatolian Region Of İstanbul.Exemplifications of this research are some students and their employers -who were determined by The Random tecnique- of some four occupational retraining centers, stuated in The Anatolian Region Of İstanbul.Two different survey texts were formed as a data collecting system in order to apply to the students and their employers. These survey texts were filtered and given the final formation with of some experts and then applied to the students and their employers.These survey texts was applied to determined 200 hundred students who study in the occupational retraining centers and 170 employers of them. Totally these survey texts were applied to 370 people and put in to the Ssps program.In the research, age, seniority of directorate, school type of graduation, number of employees, number of working and graduate students of occupational retraining centers? students, and gender and data related to these catagories are seperately examined and evaluated.In the comparison of normal seperation of pair groups?, T test is used. Fort he comparison of three or more personed groups, one way varians, Analysis ANOVA ANALYSIS are used.In the varians analysis, found statistically meaningful groups, to determine the cause of meaningful difference (sub groups), post hoc (Scheffe) is applied.The results of this and other research results are examined and evaluated, and thus the conclusion and offers are prepared and formed.
