Abstract (EN)

In today's world, where technological developments are accelerating and human needs are becoming more and more diverse, entrepreneurs need to accurately identify customer needs and react actively to developments. It is aimed to reveal to what extent the entrepreneurs use the Design Thinking Approach in their adventure of creating their business models, in which parts of the business model they benefit more and in which aspects they benefit. In this way, it is aimed to make a contribution that will increase the chances of success of entrepreneurs. Since entrepreneurs who are well-versed in the Business Model should be reached, new generation entrepreneurs who have been in incubation and acceleration centers as a starting point were contacted. On the other hand, the sampling process was supported through personal and academic references. This process was continued until the point where new data could not be obtained. In this thesis based on the experiences of entrepreneurs, the semi-structured data collection method was chosen as the research method. With the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak, all interviews were conducted over video conference. Data were obtained from the interviews, which took about 1 hour, and then the data were analyzed by using the MAXQDA software program. In determining the interview form, collecting and analyzing the data, and evaluating the results, expert opinion was taken regularly, both structurally and contextually, and revisions were made.
