The relationship between work-leisure conflict and occupational well-being: The roles of organizational interpersonal climate and sense of belonging

The tourism sector is one in which employees find it difficult to balance work and leisure due to long and irregular working hours, intense workloads and high customer demands. It is thought that these difficulties can have a negative impact on employees' occupational well-being. The quantitative research approach was used in the study and the survey technique was used as the data collection technique. The study was carried out between November and January 2024 with the participation of 235 employees of 46 4 and 5 star hotels in Antalya. The convenience sampling method was used in this study.
