Examination of the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction: A research for employees in the 4 and 5-star hotels in İstanbul

The aim of this study is to mention the effects of stress on business life and to evaluate whether there is a relation between participant's job stress levels and job satisfaction levels. After literature review relevant to job stress and job satisfaction, convenience sampling method had preferred and information and data were gathered by using of the questionnaire. As an output of the analysis made on the data with the version of SPSS 21.00, the result of there is a meaningful and negative oriented relationship had arrived between job stress and job satisfaction.
