Eisâmüddin el-Isferâyînî's Mîzânü'l-Edeb examination of the consumables section of the work titled

This study consists of an introduction, two main sections, and a conclusion. In the introduction, information is provided about the subject, importance, purpose, scope, methodology, and sources of the study. The first section briefly evaluates the life, works, and scholarly personality of İsamuddin al-Isfarayini, a prominent figure in the Islamic world. The second section examines the syntax chapter of his work Mīzān al-Adab, focusing on the content and the way the topics are handled. In this section, the grammatical rules and definitions presented in the work are analyzed, with Qur'anic verses used as references, and the manner in which these verses are cited is explained. Additionally, the meanings of examples that are difficult to understand in terms of both meaning and structure, without the use of a dictionary, are provided. Within the scope of this study, the syntax topics addressed by İsamuddin al-Isfarayini in Mīzān al-Adab, his method of citing references, and the controversial issues are examined; the author's views on the subject are stated, and comparisons are made. Compared to other syntax books, Mīzān al-Adab, with its simplicity of language and clear style, is concluded to be an important work that can be used as a source in the field of syntax. The section discusses the conclusion reached in this study, which was based on İsamuddin al-Isfarayini's views on syntax as presented in Mīzān al-Adab.
