Someinformation is given about human resource management and effects of outsourcing isfocused on for business adminastration?s perspective about human resources that isseen as the most important factor today for organizations and about realizing relatedfunctions. Some information is given about conversation technics in hiring employeeand about outsourcing to meet the need of employee. At the end of the investigation,it is concluded that outsourcing applications in human resource is widely acceptedand seen as a new management strategy but also it is expressed that they are in aprudent approach.
