Researching the motivation tools and locus of control variable according to demographic traits of employees

The importance of the organizations having the concept of effectively human management rises rapidly. The organizations which acquire their force from the motivation, achievement and productivity of their employees, provide advantage at competition. However, motivating employees is not a simple job. Because there is too much variable that influence the motivation and motivation factors change according to person.What sort of a relationship between the within this study, demographic traits, motivation tools and locus of control variable of the employees which are considered as the most important factors in an organization have been analysed and the theorical information concerned with motivation concept, theories, demographic traits and locus of control have been presented. Following theoretical presentation, using the survey method, a practical study on an industrial estate and a private bank employees choosen in İzmir region has been accomplished and what sort of a relationship between the demographic traits, motivation tools and locus of control variable of the employees has been investigated particularly.
