Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a difference in the physiological responses given to the free games from the small field games which are frequently applied in soccer practice by changing the field sizes, player numbers, duration and game rules. 16 sportsmen who plays in Turkey football national team for the deaf, having age 31,38 ± 6,02 years, 177,13 ± 4,38 cm height, 74,22 ± 4,44 kg body weight, 10,78±4,49 flexibility, 39,81±6,12 balance, 52,82±7,37 ml/kg/dk MaxVO2, 169,5±5,5 beat /dk Maximum Heart Rate (KAHmaks) average max. pulse rate, have participated voluntarily in this study. The participents were first subjected to anthropometric measurements. The data were transferred to the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program and the analyzes were completed. Descriptive statistics (median (minimum, maximum)) were given for continuous variables when the study data were evaluated. The difference between the dependent groups was examined by the Friedman test. the free games were played in 36 m x 24 m peach 4x4 different time periods for 2 days, with 1x24, 2x12, 4x6 and 6x4 in total 24 minutes. Two days after each play, there are four minutes rest between sets. As a result of the small field games of the subjects in 4x4 games different times, 1x24 'KAH the median 171,50, 1x24' LA median 6,10 and 1x24 'BORG median 7,00 as, 2x12' KAH median 176,00, 2x12 'LA median 5,90, 2x12' BORG median 7,00 have been calculated as. While KAH ranging from 1x24 to 2x12, has increased LA, has decreased in amount of LA. But There has been no difference between the stress ratings. 4x6' KAH the median 167,00, 4x6'LA median 5,25, 4x6' BORG median 6,50 as, 6x4' KAH median 163,50, 6x4'LA median 4,05 ve 6x4' BORG median 6,00 has been calculated as. 2x12 KAH with 4x6 KAH and while other parameters has been showed a noticeable decrease in the number of beats. while 4x6 with 6x4 KAH in the decline is seen, The reduction in LA and BORG medians has been also calculated.
