Abstract (EN)

Light pollution refers to the use of light in the wrong direction, in the wrong amount, and in the wrong place. In this thesis, 40 different points from the central districts of Eskişehir have been identified. Measurements were taken from these points using an SQM device. These measurements were recorded and mapped using a Geographic Information System (GIS). By comparing the maps with the measurements taken in the TİKE project previously conducted in Eskişehir, information about the changes in light pollution over the past 10 years has been obtained.
