For centuries, one of the important issues discussed in İslamic law made a distinction between methodologıcal issuseis whether worship. The legıslator has the rıght to worship. So worship in the Ways of god can be fulfilled. İn İslamic law it is esentıal that you adhere to the tradıtıons and social benefits. İn thıs way, as opposed a dıstınctıon in İslamic law of the tıme, place and socıal condıtıons changıng to be able to cope wıth such a dıstınctıon, there are those people who claim that compulsory. This study wıllbe used to provıde clarıty of the subjest. Our work has an int roductıon, three chapters and conclusion consıst of. The conceptual framework is being drawn, while the subjest of law wıthın the framework of teh clasical method have been evaluated.
