Abstract (EN)

This study aims to evaluate as an analytical view the grounding of women's tes-timony with gender in Islami claw. As a result of our study, we tried to determine how this Su came to the fore in the Qur'an and hadiths. This topic, which I have chosen for research, contains some important capabilities for solving problems. Because of the sub-ject of women, The issue of testimony has a significant impact on its use as proof of certain things. are available. Witnessing has an important place in Islamic law in terms of being evidence. The prophet (saas) wantedthosewhocamebeforehimforanycausetob-ringwitnessesandtotellt­hemabouttheevent as it happened. Because of Hz. the prophet (saas) makes his final judgment in the light of the testimonies of the witnesses and in emphasizing the importance of witnessing, "I know as clear as the sun, testify, otherwise leave it!" He warned the witness.The Qur'antreats men and women as individual Swit-hin-dependent personalities. However, since the physiological and psychology cal cha-racteristics of the setwosexe are different from each other, men and women were not evaluated equally in all matters. It should not be forgotten that not all inequality means injustice. Weare of the opinion that there is no solute equality when the provisions of God regarding men and women are evaluated as a whole, but that justice is established in a way that does not Harman anyone's rights. As a result, by stating some doubts about the subject of the woman's testimony, I have tried to answer these doubts and, ultimately, the importance of research.
