Abstract (EN)
The supreme counsel of the religion of Islam insistently emphasizes and encourages social solidarity and solidarity at every stage of life. The Qur'an and the Sunnah have meticulously emphasized on the orphan, and have provided the conditions and principles for his virtuous life. It aimed to protect orphan the orphans, to bail, to evaluate the property to be bestowed, to be approached with compassion and mercy. He emphasized the orphan in the Qur'an a total of twenty-three times in terms of not extorting his right, delivering his property in full time, not being persecuted to him.
