Importance of effective time using and time planning in business administration

Nowadays, managers, are need to effective time using depending a complicated life conditions, changed working conditions and lifes styles. Although, effective time using is important for everybody, it is especially more important for the managers who responsible for many operations in municipality. Because, managers that who works in municipalitiest task and busines, may fall into a time trap and had a feel time pressune on themselves, when they doing their job. And this may have negative effect on all area that manager work for. This work, suggests about; time using styles of the managers in work area difficulties on time using and presents the time traps; that gives advice to managers about effective time using depend on results. Interview methods in qualitative research methods used in this study due to the fact that such a study has not been done before. The managers, has been covered in the scope of the study, that who Work in municipalities in İstanbul. Result of this work shows us managers have diffuculty in reaching some Works, some of the Works stole their time, and they fall into time trop seven they despite time planning. Suggestions, were made about, effective time using and time trops to manager at the end of this work. Key words: Administration, Director, Time Using, Time Planning
