Abstract (EN)
In order to survive, it is inevitable for the enterprises to give the decision of growth sooner or later. However, growth process brings together some problems as well. One of these problems is increasing amount of conflict as a result of developing organizational structure.In this study, investigating the situation of the conflict in big sized enterprises is aimed and therefore both growth and conflict issues are covered.In this study which is prepared as 3 parts, literature search is performed about the growth process in enterprises, the problems arising together with it and the conflict concept. After the theoretical study, obtaining a concrete result is aimed by performing an empirical study investigating the causes of the conflicts in big sized enterprises.
