Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is to examine the concepts of employee empowerment, organizational commitment and intrapreneurship, which are among the new management concepts of human resources, and to investigate the effects of employee empowerment practices and perceived organizational commitment on intrapreneur behavior in businesses. In the literature, there are many studies in which the variables "personnel empowerment", "organizational commitment" and "internal entrepreneurial behavior" are frequently used. However, it was determined that no study examining these three variables together could be found. For this reason, it is thought that doing research by using these variables together will contribute to the literature. The universe of the research is the textile manufacturing industry sector. The sample of the research consists of 341 people working in textile manufacturing industry enterprises operating within the scope of Tekstilkent Project in Ağrı city center. In the research, the effects of personnel empowerment and organizational commitment on intrapreneur behavior were analyzed by structural equation modeling. In the findings obtained in the research; It has been determined that the personnel empowerment levels of the employees have a positive effect on their perceptions of organizational commitment, and the perception of organizational commitment has a positive effect on the intrapreneur behavior. As a result of the mediation test; It has been determined that the organizational commitment variable fully mediates between personnel empowerment and intrapreneur behavior, and that with the increase in the organizational commitment of the textile manufacturing industry personnel, the personnel empowerment they have will increase the intrapreneur behavior. In order to gain competitive advantage and maintain its existence in global competitive conditions, businesses should support their employees' internal entrepreneurial behaviors by giving importance to personnel empowerment practices and activities that will increase the organizational commitment of employees.
