Abstract (EN)
This study aims to analyze compensation management process within the scope of Human Resources applications in a retail company which operates in Turkey, to design and apply a new compensation system by determining the needs of the company in terms of compensation management. Some interview were carried out in the study in order to provide the necassary data for the application, thus the basis for the application is prepared. The findings of the study provide information about the structure of the company where the study is made and the jobs in the company. As a result of this information, a wage structure targeted by the company has been created and put into practice.
