Companies adapting themselves to technological developments use technological changes in both trade and administration while improving their trade borders, enhancing their progress and increasing profits on the contrary to costs. It is an example for finding position of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), which covers all the process from creation to extermination of documents that looks like a history belongs to institutions and organizations background in companies. Settlement of EDMS in public institutions and organizations runs conveniently to laws, regulations and standards which were constituted by State. By the help of scientific and academic study on this field, EDMS concept and process find its places in public sphere. Meanwhile, there is no enough arrangements for EDMS standards and procedures in companies' sphere. Thus any qualifications for a successful EDMS application for companies have been revealed and extensive arrangements have not been done up to now. With this study, in the race of companies while inserting themselves in process and getting benefits of technology in this meaning, it is tried to get attentions for revealing importance of personnel quality, anticipation and educations in a process to reach a successful EDMS.
