Abstract (EN)

In the business world where there is no economical boundry between countries, a huge potential of customers and their requests and which chan-ges continiously, for organizations it is not enough to produce product and market them. Organizations which make improvements in every functions and activities, always try to make progress, find their customers? requests, needs and expectations and use them to make product, win great competition edge.Todays organizations learn with their employees and give an big attention to education, communication and team work. Organizations which understand the needs of continuously improvements, use many improvement tools and tecniques. From these tools and tecniques, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing attract attention because of huge savings of popular world class organizations.In this thesis, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System is studied. It is explained that how to Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing which provide good outcomes when use with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, complement with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Manage-ment System and prepare an complemented standard. Main steps of this complemented standard are studied in an automotive organization, findings are explained and suggestions are made.Key Words: ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma and Continuously Improvement.
