Abstract (EN)
Primary aim of statistical process control is to eliminate the special reasons of change and to maintain the process under control. To maintain the critical process variables under control and improve the process through eliminating assignable causes are aimed. In this study, statistical process control techniques with applications particularly are investigated. This techniques are frequently used in different areas and projects. Therefore to keep the quality under control, to obtain high quality, to raise productivity and customer satisfaction, minimum cost and overall increased profitability are possible.
