Abstract (EN)

Mobbing used as a definition of destructive events on human attitude is an immoral and bad intended behavior affecting the person physically and psychologically also leads the person or people to social unhappiness. The aim of mobbing is to force a person out of the workplace through unacceptable behaviors. Personal and organizational behaviors form the features of mobbing. Social norms, economic situation in the country or legal loopholes can be the reasons of mobbing. The sphere of influence of mobbing is quite wide. The negative impacts of mobbing can be seen not only in the targeted person or people but also in the society and in the organization. In this thesis, mobbing and its progress in the literature with its effects upon human nature, society and organizations is studied by determining the frames of mobbing and pointing out its reasons of appearance with sample legal legislations taken from the Turkey?s and other countries? laws. It is also aimed in this study to support the ideas by a survey using snow ball sampling.
