Abstract (EN)
In disasters required urgent intervention such as fire, reaching the scene is vital. The more the location of fire station is close to the fire scene, the more the time of reaching the scene is short. The aim of this study is to reduce the amount of time while reaching the fire scene below a certain point in the fire stations of Beşiktaş, Beyoğlu and Şişli districts in Istanbul province. After examining the current situation, the optimum arrival duration with the least number of stations is calculated via using an approach based on inclusion problem.
