Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACTThe decrease that was seen in New York Stock Exchange caused the World Economical Crises. The descent in values of stocks of New York Stock Exchange caused the downfall of systems of National Stock Exchange by affecting all Stock Exchanges.The world crises reflected to the markets with the descent of agricultural goods, and after affected the banking and industrial sectors. These crises that were seen in the economical area caused a significant vacancy in the areas that were discussed before. National trade capacity was also became narrowed.Together with the countries that are connected to world economy with liberal economy politics, Turkey was also affected from the World Economical Crises. First reactions of all countries to this crises were to withdraw and to self-help.Descents that were seen in agricultural goods with the effects of World Crises affected Turkey?s economy deeply which?s export goods are mostly consist of agricultural goods. Descents in prices of export goods caused the reduction of export incomes. In this situation, some limits worked up for export goods to balance the export and import values, and to have not deficient amounts. Thus, it was attempted to decrease the affects of crises in the country with a closure to outside. The decrease of consumption and income level also caused some alterations in consumption culture. The decrease of income level reflected also to the varieties in markets and bazaar.To be an agriculture country and to export mostly agricultural goods caused to be affected deeply from the crises. During the crises, descents in agricultural goods caused the decrease of incomes that were obtained from agricultural goods in İzmir city, especially in Aegean Reign.Because of the crises, with the decrease in agricultural goods, there has been a significant decrease in living conditions of the villagers in Turkey which was generally exports agricultural goods. Although there was a decrease in the prices of agricultural goods, there was not a same decrease in basic needs of farmers and thus, this was caused a decrease in the purchasing power of farmers.Crises also caused alterations in the prices of basic needs of public which they used. The decrease in cereals did not reflect in the same percent to the others. Besides, because of the hard winter and animal diseases, there have been many animal sacrifices, and this was caused an increase in the prices of meat in market. Instability that was seen in basic needs prices caused the change of general consumption trends.
