After World WarII, having had rapid population causes speeding up investigations of theproductivity on the agriculture. At the finalizing of these investigations, puttingforth harmful effects on humanbeings using synthetic chemical agricultralcompounds and mineral fertilizer make amicable techniques with surroundingsa current issue. Firstly, in 1910, current issue, the vision of the ecologicagriculture, on account of economical,social and environmental reasons, makesspread out application field now.At the first section of this thesis, the reasons why ecological agriculture hasto be developped have been brought up with international estabishments anddocuments. As for second section, the ecologocial agriculture applications inTurkey are discussed with international developments. At the prosses of theadaptation EU, agriculture sector has become one of the title that are neededstudy on most. Thanks to Turkey has natural facilities, it is seen as ecologicalyard of Europe in the future. For that reason, the obligation that EU'sassociated agriculture politics bring and its facilities are both evaluated.At the third section, it has been studied on activities and effects of ecologicalagriculture in zmir. Evaluating the effects of ecological agricultural activitieson zmir, it is taken into consideration eco-city, eco-tourism, like city-agricultural applications with ecological agricultral activities.
