Abstract (EN)

In this study, contractile responses in isolated rabbit lower esophageal sphincter (LOS) EAU?s identification of neurogenic contractile responses to study the effect of sulfur on the hydrogen. In the experiments 3-3,5 kg of 4-6 months weight of 18 albino rabbits LOS strips obtained from the organ bath containing Krebs solution Grass isometric force transducer for recording of isometric contractions of the way that they are connected. Preliminary studies, tissues were obtained from biphasic responses. Biphasic responses of the start of the EFS, "on" phase and starting the end of the EFS, "off" phase was obtained. EFS guanethidine and indomethacin-mediated neurogenic "off" has not created a significant impact on the contractile responses. Atropine EFS mediated "off" responses to contraction were significantly reducing, Neostigmine significantly increased these responses. L-NAME, EFS mediated "off" significantly reduced the contractile responses. L-NAME in the "on" relaxation phase, this phase of the tissues removed. NaHS, EFS mediated "off" statistically significantly reduced the contractile responses. Independent effect of NO decreased NaHS?s environment, NANC on the responses caused by the same percentage inhibition. NaHS returned to the effect of reducing by 80% over time. In addition, NaHS, the tissues contracted with KCl also caused significant relaxation. L-cysteine, EFS mediated "off" significantly reduced the contractile responses. L- cysteine effect, while NO independent environment, NANC environment was potentiated. This result shows that the cholinergic system may have the effect of H2S synthesis of an inhibitory phase. PAG, EFS mediated "off" reduced the rate of contraction responses. PAG?s effect, while NO independent media, did not take effect NANC environment. L-cysteine, and the PAG, did not cause relaxation in tissues precontracted with KCL. This results in a single neurotransmitter through the specific impact of H2S over there and show that many neurotransmitters.
