Examination of the arrangements for double bass of the first suite written by J. S. Bach's solo cello

With the baroque period development of the stringed instruments and the transformation of musical genres into more precise forms, the instruments of the solo chamber music and orchestra repertoire have become increasingly enriched and the latest works composing today's standard instrumental music repertory have been written by composers of the period. The characteristic features of the instruments are the basic tasks of chamber music and the orchest, the outline of musical technique and musical necessity. While solo instruments such as violin, flute, and oboe exhibit the melody more frequently; more thicker-sound instruments such as viola and double bass have been used more in harmonic structure and rhythmical integrity, and their playing styles and forms of use have been developed within these needs. For this reason, when we look at the repertory of the instrumental music which has been written up since the baroque to modern, there are different repertoires with different solo works. The double bass is the thickest sound of the stringed instruments family. As mentioned before, the usage area has not gone far beyond the voicing of music and orchestral works for a long period. The recordings written in Baroque period are concerto or sonata type of works, which some of which are the works by master musicians or solo works written by musicians who are both performers and composers. From an even wider perspective, the proportion of works on the double bass repertoire has increased only slightly when the works of Baroque period are compared to those of a more solitary fiddle, such as violin. The diversity of these instruments distorts the needs of the instruments in the training process and the needs of the concert performances. For this reason, it has not been taken to the repertoire of the double bass which came from in the century of recent times, and for this reason; too much work are seen afterwards that adapted to the double bass. The thesis is also explained the double bass repertoire mentioned above. The best of the best examples of J.S. Bach's 1st Cello, which in the location of the supermarket repertoire, the problems and solutions of that have been encountered during the reorganization of the double bass have been tried to be explained.
