Abstract (EN)

This study examines various dimensions of festival experience and their impacts on participants psychological, emotional, Social and intellectual responses through the concepts of festival touchpoints, festival experience, and well-being. The study was conducted using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The effects of touchpoints such as environmental stimuli, customer-employee and customer-customer interactions, technological interfaces and core service communication on the festival experience were explored in depth. Additionally, the historical development of festivals and the cultural context off jazz music were addressed, highlighting the unigue aspects of the Akra Jazz Festival. Participants emotional, behavioral, sensory and intellectual responses to the festival were evaluated. Specifically the concept of flow experience was analyzed as a critical factor influencing participants, subjective and Social well-being levels and festival loyalty was investigated. The findings underscore the positive contributions of the Akra Jazz Festival to participants lives, emphasizing the cultural, social and emotional significance of such events. The results provide theoretical and practical insights while paving the way for future research. In this context, the study aims to contribute to both academic literatüre and festival organization practices.
