Abstract (EN)
John Rawls' The Law of Peoples is, on the one hand, a work that completes his corpus of political philosophy and forms a whole, and on the other hand, it is seen as one of the important sources of international ethics. In order to analyze this work, it is necessary to understand Rawls' political philosophy as a whole and how it is grounded within this whole. Thus, it will be possible to critically examine a whole corpus of political philosophy that complements each other. In this direction, starting from Justice as Fairness, which Rawls declares that he has revised his national political philosophy works into a whole, to The Law of Peoples, in which he explains his global political philosophy as a whole, it will be examined more clearly how the argumentation is established and whether the ideas support each other. It has been argued that Rawls did not achieve the same success in international political theory because of the fact that he took a line in international political philosophy that may have been different from his views in political philosophy. This argument is more striking when his theory is analyzed as a whole during the transition from the national to the international construct. This conclusion can only be reached by considering his entire political philosophy when criticizing the Peoples' Law.
