Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to investigate the changes in the performance changes of kangoo jumps in women according to ACTN3, ACE and DRD4 gene polymorphisms. In the study, 55 healthy female athletes between the ages of 18-24 participated voluntarily. Before the study, PCR applications and 20 metre sprint, vertical jump, V-Cut, Illinois and YoYo tests were applied to determine gene polymorphisms in individuals, and the tests were repeated after 10 weeks of kangoo jumps. Two-way analysis of variance was used in the evaluation of the data obtained from the studies in line with the independent variables determined according to the genotype and measurement criteria, and the data obtained from the biomotoric tests were determined as dependent variables, and the significance level was determined as (p<0.05). In the study, in the direction of ACTN3, ACE and DRD4 genotypes; according to ACE genotype; 20 Metre, V-Cut, Illinois and YoYo tests, according to ACTN3 genotype; 20 Metre, V-Cut, Illinois, YoYo tests, according to DRD4 genotype; significant differences were found in 20 Metre, V-Cut, Illinois and YoYo tests (p<0.05).
