Abstract (EN)
The research was conducted in order to determine the women workers' problems and difficulties in work life on the demographic characteristics in different working conditions. In the scope of the research, 200 employees were interviewed as salesperson working in retailers' offices and Malatya Park Shopping Mall employees in Malatya province center and their demographic characteristics such as their age, education level, income levels, working time, marital status, the data about the problems they encounter in their work lives were obtained by the questionnaire survey technique and analyzed in the SPSS program and the results between the two groups were compared. As a result, a difference was detected between the Shopping Mall employees and the ones working in the center in terms of labor sector, marital status, number of children, income level, seniority, leaving or changing the bussiness, satisfaction in the workplace according to the sector, reasons for working, and the problems they encounteer due to the causes that enforce them work.
