Abstract (EN)
This study aimed to examine the effect of women's financial literacy levels on their participation in private pension system. The data used to test the hypotheses created in line with the determined purpose were collected through questionnaires and T test, ANOVA test and logistic regression analysis were used in the analysis of the collected data. As a result of the analyzes, it has been revealed that it is possible to increase women's participation in the private pension system, provided that their financial literacy level is increased. It is thought that the findings obtained in the study provide useful information to the interested parties.
