Abstract (EN)
This study conducts specific research on sports services provided by the local governments as the major stakeholders in service sector as well as customer satisfaction in a sports center. The aim of this study is to discover ways to increase customer satisfaction and it applies quality function deployment method. As a result of this, current status of the sports center is analyzed and new means of bringing quality at a better stage is explained.
