Relationship quality assurance system practises on business processes and organizational performance: The case of Erzurum Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The main objective of this thesis was to determine the effect of the quality assurance system practices on business processes,and to find out the impact of this effect on organizational performance one of the basic elements of the success of todays organizations and enterprises.Research conducted within this thesis was carried out in a sample of chosen employees from a public agency in the province of Erzurum.Reliability and normative analysis test were used in SPSS to administrate and evaluate collected survey data.. Demographic characteristics of the participants were also taken into consideration in the study.The results of the study revealed that quality assurance system practices were associated with business processes and organizational performance.It was found out that there was a significant relationship between quality assurance system practices and business processes.Taking into effect of quality assurance system practices on business processes and organizational performance consideration, a significant relationship was found among these concepts.Keywords: Quality, Quality Assurance System, Process, Business Process, Organizational Performance.
