Abstract (EN)

In this thesis work, calcite, acidic red-45, aniline halide doped hydrogels were synthesized. Structural, morphological, dielectrical, optical and conductivity properties of all samples were examined to determine their usage in technological applications. For this purpose, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray, dielectric and UV-Vis spectroscopy meausrements of all samples were performed. It was found that dielectric characteristic of all samples behaved in accordance with the Maxwell-Wagner theory associated with electrode and interface polarization in low frequency region. It has been determined that Koop theory and Brownian motion have an effect on conductivity mechanism of samples in the high frequency region. It was determined which relaxation models are compatible with CI, CII, AR-45, aniline halide doped hydrogels. It was determined plane plots of the complex electrical modulus of CI, CII and AR-45 dye doped/imprinted hydrogels, and plane plots of the complex dielectric constant of aniline and aniline halide imprinted hydrogels correspond to different equivalent RC circuits. Thus, it has been determined that production process of doped hydrogels is extremely important in electronic circuit applications.
