Abstract (EN)

Expropriation, is one of the main issues of Administrative and Constitutional Law. Along with globalization, foreign investors when they need to perform activities of real estate will invest in countries, will apply expropriation. Although the individual's need for such a statof the expropriation process in the Constitution and laws guarantee the right to intervene in the property will be connected to one of the most basic rights. For this reason, the individual subject to expropriation andseizure, which is a prerequisite of public interest from being the property owner should strive for a balance between individual benefit.Related issues are important because the removal of doubt arising from the expropriation, the legislation will emerge withdoubts regulations should be eliminated so that the violation ofproperty rights to a minimum.The aim of our study, the expropriation, one of the basic issues of the Administrative and Constitutional Law, expropriation Act No. 2942 and 1982, the Constitution of the radical changes made in 2001 around the expropriations of the tenant's rights andobligations in connection with our thesis, to examine, put forth the disputed issues, evaluate, and a little bit for addressing the issue of whether to make an opinion.Key Words1.Expropriation2.Public Benefit3.The price determination and registered case4.Right5.Responsibility
