Abstract (EN)

Sixty-two cancer patients were followed bu survillance cultures for fungal colonization. Yeast isolates form colonized patients were investigated for in vitro antifungal susceptibilities by disc diffusion method for ketoconazole and broth dilution method for amphotericin-B and fluconazole. Fungal colonization was found as 69.3%, and oropharynx was the most common site of colonization. Patients receiving antifungal chemoprophylaxis had a colonization rate of 65%. In vitro tests implied that resistance to amphotericin-B (12.5%) is lower than ketoconazole and fluconazole.
