Abstract (EN)
Noise caused by various sources (fixed sources such as machinery and equipment or moving sources such as vehicles) in closed working environments such as factories and workshops is one of the most important ergonomic issues. In this type of manufacturing centers, the majority of the noise is usually from stationary sources. The sketches that show the noise values (usually in dBA) on the bird's-eye layout plan of the workshop, called as the noise map, are prepared at high prices by taking long-term measurements in the workshop by the experts of the subject. It is arranged by the workplace based on these noise maps according to the applications and practices. Besides accepting the noise as it is and taking legal actions, it is also very important to struggle with noise. Developing a noise calculation method to be used for different locations in a closed working environment with fixed noise sources and help to produce the noise map with less time and cost using the method would be a good improvement. As a result of this calculation method, measures can be created to protect the employees in the enterprise from the effects of noise, and it will be possible to plan measures by calculating the exposure values of the employees in the enterprise in order to control the noise in the exposed person. The main goal of this study is to enable calculation of noise level at any location of a closed room, where the room constant defining the absorption and the reverberation is unknown, caused by a sound source with unknown sound power level. When our method is generalized to multiple sound sources, it would be possible to produce noise map and take precautions against noise for production facilities having machines with unknown sound power levels and closed working environments with unknown room constants.
