Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, illumination criterias for enclosed swimming pools is analysed. The illumination objects in the swimming pools which are used by spectators and swimmers to replace appropriately, necessary natural and artificial lighting quality and quantity are examined. Especially light fixtures? effects on spectators and swimmers who used for artificial lighting in enclosed swimming pools is analysed.As a case study; Gazi Universitie?s enclosed swimming pool is selected as an example place for searching. Artificial lighting design are criticized through the knowledges which are given in the theoretical chapters and after evaluating results, alternative suggestions are developed and discussed.
