Abstract (EN)

Background: In LDLT, the evaluation of PTFE graft patency rates in patients undergoing modified right lobe transplantation, we aimed to investigate the factors affecting the rate of graft patency and possible associated complications. Materials and Methods: LDLT made in the 2013-2015 years and modified right lobe graft is inserted, aged 17-74, were included in the 168-consuming work. Postoperative follow-up were analyzed retrospectively withdrawn MSCT venous phase. Used PTFE graft was evaluated in patients congestion times. GRWR simultaneously value and postoperetif 1 month laboratory findings were included in the study. Results: PTFE graft patency rates, cryoprecipitate grafts were lower than hatred. There was no significant difference in graft patency time with localization. The correlation between blockage time of the thrombosed graft with GRWR values were determined. There was no significant relationship between the diameter of the PTFE graft and patency time. Conclusion: PTFE graft patency due to the high rates of early, in terms of the absence of cryoprecipitate graft, but it can be used for reconstruction of the existing potential complications in mind.
