Abstract (EN)
In this study, concentration of Fe, Zn, Pb, Cr, Mn, Cu, Cd, Co were determined by AAS in fish (Mullus barbatus ponticus, Sarda sarda, Trachurus trachurus, Merlangius merlangus) samples collected from Eastern Black Sea. Wet ashing method, dry ashing method and microwave digestion method were used in this study. The accuracy of procudure was confirmed by NRCC-DORM-2 Dogfish Muscle certified references material.
