Abstract (EN)

Main purpose of this study, investgating product parameters (the amount of binder, SiC grain size and distribution, graphicization i.e) of carbon bonded SiC-C of refractory composite metarials (resin bound) and an effects on the basic physical and mechanical properties of materials. After it determining the effect to material properties of production parameters, investgating effects of carbon nanotubes added on material properties. In the preliminary phase of the study; the main prescription is determined by adding carbon nanotubes result from tests on metarial formed by two different grain sizes SiC and four different graphite percentage (%0-4,7-7,1-9,4). As a result of experimental studies, CNT addition was caused significantly lamination in SiC-C-based ablation material (except of 0% graphite). Thermal conductivity levels increased as depend on weight in the amount of graphite in the structure. Thermal conductivity value without raphite sample is 1.46 W / m.k'k and termal conductivity levels in sample containing 9.4% graphite measured as 3,41 W/m.K. However, increaes in thermal conductivity value could not be obtained.
