Abstract (EN)
This study carried out in Riged&Riged Ltd. fish farm in Hungary and Iskenderun Technical University Marine Sciences and Technology Faculty Aquaculture Laboratuary in Turkey. In this trial, Siberian sturgeon (A. baerii) larvae was fed by standart feeding protocol from the hatcing until 23rd day, and the proteolitic activity and the inhibition effect of different portein sources on protease activity were measured. According to the results, in contrast to other feeding groups, it is observed that using soybean protein consantrate and fish meal as protein sources in dry feeds made statistically positive effect on proteolitic activity (P<0,05). Key Words: A. baerii, protease activity, protein sources, inhibition effect
