Abstract (EN)

Electrical energy is an energy type which can't be stored at large scale. Accordingly, it is immediately necessary to deliver to the user once the electrical energy produces. The transmission and delivery of the electrical energy produced in plants are performed through high and low voltage lines. In interconnected network, the transmission and delivery provide using the high voltage lines. However, in order to deliver to the user installation, the low voltage lines are utilized. The electrical energy line consists of generators in the plants, power transformers, energy power transmission line or cables, transformers reducing to mid-voltage, delivery lines and power transformers, respectively. In this study, the transmission and delivery network of the Kastamonu Province is modeled using the MATLAB SIMULINK program. Line load case, current-voltage variations, the maximum current values in three phase-ground short circuit conditions are obtained with the transmission and delivery model. According to data taken from a factory in this province, the current values that the load draws are observed by modeling the transformer by means of the same program and the load harmonic analysis is made. The parameters of circuit components are taken from the commercial companies in Turkey, TEİAŞ and ENERJİSA. Further, routine test reports required for modeling the transformer are supplied from a commercial company, AEG ETİ. According to data between 2012 – 2014 years, an increase of 10.26 percent is observed in the energy demand of the Kastamonu Province.
