Abstract (EN)

The bio-dynamic structure of the soil, acid-base balance, chemical reactions and reactions between soil elements affect the nutrient uptake of plants and consequently the plant nutrient content. In this study, the relationship between Einkorn wheat (Triticum monococcum) grown in Kastamonu region and the soil was investigated in terms of mineral matter, heavy metal and some physicochemical properties. Soil samples taken from 20 locations in four districts where Einkorn wheat production is the highest in Kastamonu were investigated in terms of micro-macro nutrients, heavy metals, organic matter, pH and saturation. In addition, mineral, heavy metal, ash, fat, protein, husk/ grain rate and hectoliter weight analyzes were performed in Einkorn wheat samples. Correlation analysis was performed between the minerals determined in Siyez wheats. The relationship between Ca / Mg, Ca / K, Mg / K, Mg / Fe and K / Fe and the relationship of Co with Ca, Mg and Na were statistically significant (p <0.05). As a result of soil analysis, the differences in terms of Ca, K, Mn and Fe were found to be statistically significant (p <0.05). The differences between the districts in terms of Ca, Mg, Fe and Co content of Einkorn were statistically significant (p <0.05).
