Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out with adult Trichoptera specimens stored in the zoology laboratory of the Biology Department of Kastamonu University. The samples were collected between May and September 2005-2007 by Dr. İbrahim Küçükbasmacı from Kastamonu. After 385 adult Trichoptera specimens were identified, 23 species belonging to 14 genera of 12 family (Hydropschidae, Rhyacophilidae, Hydroptilidae, Polycentropodidae, Psychomyiidae, Goeridae, Philopotamidae, Glossosomatidae, Lepidostomatidae, Limnephilidae, Leptoceridae, Beraeidae and Ptilocolepidae) were determined. In addition, belonging to the caddisfly species which identified in our study, habitat and phenology information and distribution on Turkey and the world are given.
