Mankind witness the rapid improvement of the technology in the centurythat we are living. In addition to this improvement, the commerce is improvingtoo and just like to tell that it is not non-depending from the technology by theway using e-mail, internet, intranet, etc. beside the conventional phone and fax.Besides, the dirty face of the commerce has begun to use technologicalcommunication units. In every contry all over the world, informal commerce and its shock inthe market is the mostly balance changing factor for the economy. The firms, especially produce electronic-based products are using internet, so can reach alltype of customers and sellers with their products. The comunication betweenthe suppliers and the sellers of the firm that has the brand of the product getseasier. So, the commerce ignores the main producer in spare part and semi-product. All these facts result in a new industry. The concept of informal e-commerce has emerged as the informal commerce uses the comunication sectorin order to develop itself in terms of comunication and money transfer and todecrease the cost as the informal orders that are obtained through internet arepaid by electronical money transfer, the products are sent to the receiver andthe commerce can not be officialized. This fact is the face of informal e-commerce. As the goverments have increased the precautions about theshopping on internet, the situations have improved relatively. But the situationcalled ?shadow economy? still affects the pricing strategies of all firms. In this research the effects of informal commerce on the pricingstrategies of the firms are studied through a survey and the change in thepricing policy of the firms are analized using statistical methods.I
