Abstract (EN)

Since the beginning of the 21st century, the number of people participating in tourism activities is increasing day by day. Howadays, the reasons for participating in tourism are constantly changing in line with their wishes and needs. It is possible to say that many factors such as the increase in the quality of life, the increase in the income level of the people and the leisure time gain importance as the most important reasons for this situation. In addition, the culture, gastronomy, destination, health, etc. that direct people to travel. These reasons are evaluated in the context of the concept of travel motivation. Each people has a different driving or attractive reason for traveling. Travel motivation varies in line with the needs and desires of peoples. The purpose of this research, is to identify the motivational goals of Kazakh tourists to travel to Turkey. For this purpose, quantitative research method was adopted in the study and a questionnaire form was used to collect data. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using the Statistics Package Program for Social Sciences (SPSS 25). According to the findings of our investigation, the Kazakh tourists prefer Turkey for most service quality and climatic conditions. According to the Kazakh tourists it is observed that more women than men prefer Turkey. As we said before, working with the private sector to travel to Turkey employer of choice, they acknowledge more. In addition, it has been revealed that those who are married or single and have children prefer all-inclusive hotels, while single and young ones prefer hotels that serve bed and breakfast and half board.
