Abstract (EN)

XX. century, who lived a nomadic life of Kazakh Turks in Kazakhstan, because of the conditions that brought about this way of life, oral culture products have well maintained richness and importance. Even today, the Kazakh Turks oral culture tradition products still alive and without a doubt ?heroic tales? is one of the most important product of it. Heroic tales as a genre, between heroic epics and fairy tales. That is, their structure have more fantastic factor than epics and heroism factor loom large more according to tales. Heroic tales study on heroic subjects but they don?t include all of the folk as epics and they have limited subject wideness such as protection of family and the tribe, showing heroism to marriage and stuggle of hero with extraordinary creatures. Consisting of six chapters, ?Epic Narratives in Kazakh Turk Folklore?, titled the first chapter of our study Kazakh Turks tales relating to the examination and classification studies are discussed. The concept of heroic tale was discussed in the second chapter and a summary of the texts studied was given in the third chapter. The fourth chapter was emphasized on epics that on basic but have a shape of tale and tales that on basic but later performed as a shape of epic by a specific narrator. In the fifth chapter, taking as a base of texts? episode structure, motifs and types were examined.In the sixth chapter, the text Kazakh Turkish and Turkish of Turkey are provided. We hope to have an input on the work that not yet been studied in our country, which is the study of the Turkish world " heroic tales?.Key words:1. Kazak Turks,2. Epos,3. Tale,4. Archaic Epos,5.
