Systematics and fauna of Keban and Ağın (Elazığ)spiders (ordo: araneae)

SYSTEMATICS AND FAUNA OF KEBAN AND AĞIN (ELAZIĞ) SPIDERS (ORDO: ARANEAE) ASIL, Mehmet Engin M.Sc. in Biology Supervisor: Dr. Öğrt. Ü. Adile AKPINAR March 2019, 50 pages In this study whic was performed in the term of April-October between 2016 and 2017, spider specimens were collected from Keban and Ağın districts (Elazığ). 16 spider species belonging to 5 genus and 12 families were established in the region. The species were investigated in point of fauna, ecology and systematics. Previous data on the location and spider fauna of the research area were determined, and the collection methods were explained. The description of each taxa recorded from the study area was made, the identification keys were prepared, and the related figures were shown. In addition, taxonomic reference, synonyms, habitat, ecology, distribution in Turkey and the World, collection data on examined material for each species were given. Also, Callilepis concolor Simon, 1914) was determined as new record from Turkey. Key Words: Spider, Keban, Ağın, Elazığ, new record, Callilepis concolor
